		<description>Great post. One of the key points for me is the need for operations aligned to to fulfill the promise. It&#039;s all about collaboration, breaking down silos and ensuring that there is internal understanding of the critical role every employee can play in delighting the consumer. That way you build loyalty and maybe even advocacy.</description>
